Thank you for your interest in an individual telephone session. It's easy to schedule your session, either electronically or by mail. All the information you need follows.  

Although I work with all species of animals and all kinds of conditions, I do not help locate missing animals.   

Session Length: 1 hour
Session Fee:      $100

Office Hours:     Monday through Thursday

                           10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (last session)

                          (Eastern Time Zone)

                          Friday

                           10 a.m. to 12 noon (last session)

                          (Eastern Time Zone)

                          The office closes at 1 p.m. Friday for the weekend.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Please know that any changes to or cancellation of your scheduled session requires 48 hours notice and must be made by telepone (845.651.1383) or you are responsible for the entire session fee.

If you are late calling for your session, I will wait 20 minutes for you before the session is forfeited. If you miss your session you are responsible for the session fee as well.

# 1: ELECTRONIC SCHEDULING 

v Fill out and submit the Client Information Form.

v Scan and send photographs of you, your animal family member(s), and all others residing in your household as an email attachment (jpg format please) to Joanna.

v Make payment via Paypal.  (For information on using PayPal, click here.) 

v If you do not receive a response in a reasonable amount of time, call 845.51.1383.

# 2: SCHEDULING BY MAIL

v Print and fill out the Client Information Form. 

v Select duplicate photos or color photocopies of you, your animal family member(s), and all others residing in your household.

v Include payment: postal money order, bank cashier's check, or personal check in U.S. currency made out to Joanna Beth Seere.
