Registration

You can register for The Training Program, Special Topic Workshops and Graduate Study courses via two methods:

1) by mail... by opening the registration form... printing it out... completing it... and sending it with full payment* to:

* cashier's check, money order and cash accepted in U.S. currency only.

2) electronically... by emailing the following information to Joanna:

• your name
• address
• telehone number
• cell number
• email address
• name of the worshop
• workshop date (dates available on registration form).

You will be notified of the receipt of your registration as soon as possible. Approximately 2 weeks before the workshop date, you will receive a letter detailing all the information you need to know about the workshop.

Cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel, call Joannna at 845.651.1383. DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL!

If you cancel more than 10 days before your workshop date, you'll receive of 50% of the fee. Thereafter, there are NO REFUNDS.

Late Registration. Within 10 days of the workshop, call 845.651.1383 to ensure that there is space in the workshop before submitting your registration.
